- The pickup location is in Bayside, Airdrie.

- Delivery is generally between 6 pm and 8pm, the evening before your event day.
- Pickup is generally between between 8 am and 10 am, the day after your event.
- Special requests and exact time deliveries can be arranged at additional cost.

- Customer pickup is generally between 4 pm and 8pm, the evening before your event day.
- Customer drop off is generally before 10 am, the day after your event.

- Free cancellation up to 2 days prior to your event date. For example, if you event is on Jan 10, you can cancel free of charge by Jan 7 end of day.

- There is no charge for the pick-up day and return day, if items are picked up after 4pm and returned before 10am.
